Game Design Academy: Create, Play, Innovate!
Unleash your child’s creativity in our 3 day Game Design Academy, a hands-on school holiday program where young innovators aged 6-12 bring their game ideas to life! From mechanics and storytelling to aesthetics and strategy, participants will design, refine, and play-test their very own games.
Details:
- When: April 22-24, 9am - 12pm
- Drop-off available from 8:30am
- Children must be picked up by 12:30pm
- Where: Meepleopolis @ the Climate Action Campus, 180 Avonside Drive
- Cost: $75 per child (for all 3 days)
Through interactive workshops, students will explore how games work, game prototyping, hands-on play testing building collaboration, problem-solving and design skills.
A minimum of 6 children are required for this program to run. Classes are limited to a maximum of of 12 children.
