1) A standard booking is for 2 hours. Just let us know if you'd like to extend in the booking comments.

2) We'll hold your booking for 10 minutes past your reserved time. If you're running late, give us a call, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

3) A 2hr in-store game pass is $5 per person with a $5 minimum spend on food & drinks, or $10 per person without a food & drink purchase

4) Feel free to dive into unlimited games from our library or bring your favorites from home. For special ticketed events, the ticket price covers your participation—check the event listing for details.

5) We only have large game tables in our store (1.8mx1.2m) therefore for bookings of 4 or less people you may be asked to share a table with another booking

6) For groups of 10 or more, we may request a credit card guarantee. No charge will be made at the time of booking, but your details will be securely kept. If plans change, provide at least 3 hours' notice for adjustments or cancellations to avoid a $10.00 charge per missing person on your nominated card.

7) Let us know about any special requirements or requests, from accessibility needs to reserving a specific game or noting dietary preferences.

8) Please supervise little ones during your stay.

9) If you happen to miss two bookings, future reservations might be affected. We understand plans change, please call us if they do so we can help.

10) Note that on public holidays, a 15% surcharge applies to the final bill.

11) Your table booking or event participation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
